Pet Policy
Max 2 pet per apartment
Max 25lb weight limit (up to 100 lbs for Haymeadow Apts)
Pet interview required
No aggressive breeds – check with staff for list
Copy of current vet papers showing shots, breed and weight
Pet fee: $100 (non-refundable) plus $20 per month
$250 (non-refundable) for pets over 25 lbs.

Employment Verification
Income must be at least 3 times the amount of the rent
Landlord Verification
$35.00 application fee for the first person over the age of 18 and $15.00 for each additional applicant.
